Programs
Open to players in grades 5–6, this competitive travel basketball program participates in the Manchester Suburban Basketball League. Teams will typically practice twice per week, with games scheduled on weeknights and weekends throughout the season. Tryouts are required, and team placement is not guaranteed for all players who attend.
Note:
TRAVEL BASKETBALL LEAGUE IMPORTANT INFORMATION: (Grades 5/6 Girls):
* Teams in this league play in the Manchester Suburban Basketball League. Players can expect two practices a week and game on weeknights and weekends.
* Practices will be held at Amherst Middle School.
* Games will be held at Amherst Middle School. Travel to surrounding towns is required.
* Travel Tryouts are October 24th - 12pm to 1pm.
*5/6 Graders trying out for travel team that would like to play rec if they do not make travel should register and pay for Rec. If they make the travel team, we will transfer registration and apply payment towards the travel fee.
*Team announced beginning of November.
*Registration fee is $320 (residents) and $350 (non-residents)
